We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling details will be confirmed prior to the start of any cleaning appointment.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website contact form or by phone are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space, scope of work requested, and any additional services agreed upon at the time of service.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of the quote.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

We will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window. In the event of an unforeseen delay or need to reschedule on our end, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes ensuring that pets are secured, hazardous conditions are disclosed in advance, and any areas requiring special attention are communicated prior to the appointment.

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from restricted access or undisclosed conditions at the property.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will make it right at no additional charge.

Complaints received after 24 hours of service completion may not be eligible for a re-clean or refund.

Limitation of Liability

Honest Abe's Clean Home carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning appointment, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to assess and resolve the issue.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improperly secured or fragile items not disclosed prior to service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Use of Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the Site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.

Photos will focus on the cleaning work itself and will not intentionally capture personal belongings, identifying information, or individuals without consent. If you prefer that we do not photograph your property, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment and we will honor your request.
